I scheduled at the last minute and Brook was able to accommodate. He showed up on time and I received the report very quickly. He uses technology to aid in his findings and added pictures to clarify. Very professional! The report gave us everything we needed to made an informed decision. Findings were detailed with pictures, circles around pictures and comments. I could not ask for a better job. Brook was very easy to work with got back to me via email and answered the phone when I called. I am working from 2000 miles away and it was nice having such service.
Brook has inspected several homes for me and my family. Always does an excellent through job. Super nice and personable. Was punctual and knowledgeable about the inspection process and inner working of a home and possible solutions to any problems that may arise. I would highly recommend!!

Did a great job. He found some big things that needed to be taken care of, although we did not go with the house, he was great and plan on using him again when we need it.

Normally most inspector do 80% of their job, which really good chunk of volume to be satisfied. Brook Mundy’s inspection was above this level. Inspection report was thorough and it had few things I was looking for, which my old inspector missed. I would definitely recommend Brook without hesitation.

Pleasant guy, did a GREAT JOB!
He took the time to answer any questions that I had. He showed me where the water cut offs were, where the furnace filters were, things that I would have to find on my own otherwise, but it was an extra step I found very helpful. The inspection report was very easy to understand. And since he took the time to explain everything during the inspection, I could look at the report and go.
